Sawhill’s general contractor, coordinated the following sub-contractors and performed the following services:

1. All construction labor & materials, including new windows & millwork.
2. Labor  to remove existing walls, and construct new walls
3. Labor & materials to re-work the existing metal ceiling.
4. Electrical &  plumbing contractors
5. Painting Contractor
6. Labor & materials for the new wood flooring
7. All finish carpentry.

In addition to this, Laurie brought in a separate Tile contractor due to the details & intricacies of the tile backsplash.
