CLIENT INTRODUCTION

Parker Newcomb had worked with Sawhill on a kitchen project at a previous home. That home was a beautiful traditional home located in Minneapolis. But this new home was a very unique contemporary home that incorporated some great design elements, but lacked a bit of warmth and uniqueness in the kitchen area.

Parker and his partner, Jaime Roman, envisioned no major remodeling in terms of moving walls or windows, however all of the existing cabinets, countertops and appliances had to go, with the exception of the Sub-Zero refrigerator. The kitchen design and the rest of the home were to be built around the center garden area, showcased by floor to ceiling windows surrounding the terrace. Jaime & Parker knew that Sawhill was up to the task.
